If you actually pay attention you'll see that it has the exact shape of the "The end" room you get to see after all of the credits and cut-scenes.

Is there something that keeps track of this in the game menus? Like I got my first one when I saw some cooking room in Mithalas and then I looked in the menu and didn't see anything.

Oh, there's no need to list them.  I think I'm pretty thorough in my exploring (I try to fill-in 100% of every map) so I'll hopefully run into them on the way.
